Donald Adrian Hall holds a bachelor degree in Human Development and Family Studies with specialization in Substance Abuse Counseling from Texas Tech University. For 12 years, he had been involved in children’s lives in several areas including case management at C.I.T.Y. House children's shelter and as a case worker for Child Protective Services.
He has been involved with abuse victims, drug/alcohol addicts, and juvenile offenders, among others. The populations he served included children from all backgrounds - churches, schools, the foster system, shelters, juvenile detention centers and psychiatric hospitals.
He hopes that through Shelby's life, children will learn to grow in a safe environment - both physically and emotionally.
